Task One – Ideas Generation

I would be telling about how I was able to come up with different Ideas for my ident and how I was able to chose 3 Ident that related to the weather. Also I would be letting you know what themes that was used in my Ident: 

Firstly in my mind map, I was able to express many different ident ideas for my suite. This was done through me being able to express my ideas through a seasonal period, and knowing what colours are going to be used in my ident and the settings of where my ident would take place or being set. Also I would implement the sessional time I would set my ident for. For example in the Christmas period, I would have to have snow balls, snow man etc. 

For my mind map I was able to link cbbc, cbbeeies and bbc and link it to their advantages. For  Cbeebies I was able to link it to it having a constant theme for example having blobs moving around, this is something that cbeebies ident uses regularly. This is useful as it is aimed at the young because it has things that would engage the viewers which will make them gain a lot of viewers. My ident Ideas would help me know how my Ident would be structured as it is a plan of how things would be done. For example, my idea would give me a ways of what to add into my ident and how my ident would be formed. 

In my mind map I was able to place the use of colour. The use of colour would link back to the way my ident would look and could link to back to what season my ident is taken place. For example if I have white snowflakes that signifies that my ident is based on the Christmas period. This is usesful as it engages with the audience needs.

My ident would be in the sky with clouds and rain and makes the viewer feels as if they are in the sky. 

The second theme is similar to the first theme but it is different because this time it has different colour to represent this and this time I have the cloud being joined with two friends and which means that they are having fun, then I have the CBEEBIES logo come in from the sides. This time there’s a sun in the corner which signify that my ident would be based in the summer period. This being showed on cbeebies channel would be good as it would mean that the viewers watching this ident would be interested in watching this as it will have things that would engaged them. 

In my third theme, this time I have my cloud wearing shades which signifies coolness, therefore it would make the audience understand the season where this ident is being take place. Also this will make the audience be in tone with the ident as it has things that would make them feel entertained to the things that is being shown on the advert.
